Jones Center gymnasium is a multi-use complex including a full-size basketball/volleyball court, dance/fitness and gymnastics studios, and a four-lane walking/jogging track.

Basketballs, volleyballs and pickleball paddles & balls are available to borrow for use in the gymnasium. Stop at the service desk and provide an ID to receive the equipment. Return items at the end of your session.

Jones Center's indoor pool complex has two pools: a leisure pool with a play area and mushroom waterfall feature, 3-foot deep swim area and a wrap-around slide. The second pool is a Junior-Olympic size lap pool with 11 swim lanes.  The lap distance is 25 yards.  Both pools are overseen by a lifeguarding staff at all times of public operation.

The year-round facility hosts birthday parties, swim meets, water aerobics, lap swim and swim lessons, lifeguard certifications and more. The pool complex features bleacher seats for spectators, plus private party rooms and open tables both inside and outside for guests to enjoy.

Women’s, men’s and family locker rooms are available for all guests at Jones Center.  There are daily use lockers for personal items plus showers, sinks and toilets.  The locker rooms are located on the lower level and are accessed by checking in at the service desk.

The ice arena also has locker rooms for guests participating in hockey and figure skating programs.

Jones Center is proud to feature the only indoor ice arena in Northwest Arkansas!  The ice rink offerings include figure skating lessons, including the popular learn to skate program, hockey for kids through adults, open skate sessions for the public, curling and more. 

Inside the ice arena you’ll find the skate counter check-in where rental skates are provided as well as blade sharpening for personal skates, two private party rooms, open lockers and seating, and private locker rooms for sports users.  There is also bleacher seating for spectators.

The Tyson Foods Fitness Center is an 8,000 square-foot fitness center located next to the Tyson Food Court, closest to the west entrance and parking area of Jones Center. This athletic facility offers a range of cardio equipment, free weights and machines, group fitness classes and personal training services to help with your fitness journey. 

Skylights and glass walls create a comfortable, uncrowded environment even at peak hours. The center features three dedicated fitness studios (including a hot yoga space with bamboo flooring), where group fitness classes like cycling, Silver Sneakers, group strength training, Zumba and barre are held.

The center houses a personal training space where members can access certified personal training services in a private area.  All of these amenities are open to the public via a membership, single day pass or a session fee.

The Tyson Food Court is an indoor seating area for meals, meetings, downtime and shared community.  The tables are available on a first come, first served basis while the Center is open.  There are also three dedicated Celebration Stations that are reservable for birthday parties or other gatherings.  Concessions are available for sale at peak times.

Jones Center is proud to provide meeting space and conference rooms for community events and business needs.  There are a variety of room spaces and setups, including hospitality areas and A/V equipment.  The center has commercial kitchen space.  Conference Center rooms are rented through the Events team.  Click here for more information.

The chapel is a beautiful, intimate space inside Jones Center.  It has theater seating with a maximum capacity of 350.  The raised stage is 38 feet x 19 feet and the room is equipped with theatrical lighting and sound capabilities.  The chapel auditorium is regularly used for public performances, meetings, private celebrations and awards ceremonies.  This space is also available to rent through the Events team.  Click here for more.
