For the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of all guests, members and staff, the following activities are not permitted on Jones Center campus:
1. Threatening and disruptive behavior
Physically or verbally threatening any person; fighting; engaging in noisy, disruptive, or boisterous behavior; unwelcomed staring or stalking; or any action or interaction creating a real or perceived threat or disturbance.
2. Smoking and tobacco use
Smoking, inhaling, or use of tobacco, herbs, or other substances is prohibited in all Jones Center indoor and outdoor public spaces and shared work areas. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco, dip, snuff, nicotine or tobacco pouches, electronic cigarettes, vaping devices, and any other smoking or vapor-producing devices. This policy applies regardless of the legality, medical authorization, or licensing of any substance.
3. Loitering
Remaining in the building for extended periods of time or on campus property without a clear purpose.
4. Inappropriate attire or concealment
Failing to be appropriately clothed; wearing hoodies or headgear obscuring identity; or wearing swimwear without appropriate cover-ups and walking barefoot on common area floor.
5. Offensive language and gestures
Using profane, explicit, or abusive language; making obscene gestures; or using racial, religious, or ethnic slurs.
6. Unsafe activities
Climbing on or jumping from permanent fixtures or furniture, running, skateboarding, rollerblading, bicycling or using shoes with wheels in any indoor areas, or otherwise obstructing or interfering with activities or movement of others.
7. Solicitation
Soliciting contributions, signatures, or distributing literature without prior written approval from authorized Jones Center leadership.
8. Weapons
Possessing weapons of any kind, including firearms, knives, explosives, stun guns, or chemical sprays, whether legal or illegal, except by authorized law enforcement personnel.
9. Property damage and theft
Defacing, damaging, or stealing property belonging to Jones Center, its staff, or guests.
10. Sports equipment misuse
Bouncing, dribbling or throwing balls, or other sports items (including hockey stick/puck handling and shooting) anywhere within Jones Center, except in designated gym and ice arena areas is prohibited.
11. Alcohol use
Possessing or consuming alcohol on campus is strictly prohibited, unless written approval has been granted by authorized Jones Center leadership.
12. Drug use
Possessing or consuming illegal drugs anywhere on campus property.
13.Unsupervised youth
Children ages 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while on campus, unless actively enrolled and participating in a Jones Center Program Partner program

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancelations that are two or more weeks out from the party date will be subject to a $50 non-refundable administration fee. A party canceled seven (7) days prior to the reservation is refunded at 50%. Parties canceled less than seven (7) days prior to the registration forfeit the party fee. If the party is canceled by The Jones Center (e.g. inclement weather), a full refund will be provided.

All pool users will be required to wear family‑appropriate swimwear upon entry into the pool, and appropriate swim attire must be worn at all times while swimming or on the pool deck at Jones Center.
The following swim attire is deemed inappropriate swimwear:
