Whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle or improve athletic performance, The Jones Center’s certified personal trainers are here to help you meet your fitness goals. We offer affordable personal training services for as little as $12 per session for members.

The west wing of The Jones Center is home to the 8,000 square-feet Fitness Center — an open space with cutting-edge equipment and technology, including a custom-built personal training area with two separate free weight stations.

CHECK OUT our new personal training studio!

The personal training studio is a private venue for one-on-one or small-group workouts with a Jones Center personal trainer. This quiet location next to our Fitness Center is outfitted with free weights, squat, bench and deadlift capabilities and more. To reserve a time, contact your personal trainer or email Matthew Burford at mburford@thejonescenter.org.

Kaci Berry

Kaci became passionate about fitness later in life, so she knows exactly how it feels to be intimidated in the gym.  As a personal trainer, her mission is to give you the resources and support to live your best life—honoring where you are now, while helping you reach higher. Kaci's focus is to help you feel capable, confident and part of an encouraging community, all while you grow stronger.

Kara Cisneros

ACE Certified Personal Trainer

Kara has been moving for as long as she can remember. She grew up staying active, playing tennis, running track, dancing competitively and later teaching dance classes. Kara loved every second of it! Her passion for movement naturally led her into the world of fitness, where she finds joy in helping others grow in confidence and skill. Now, as a trainer, Kara is ready to help others get strong, feel empowered, and discover their own love of movement.

Luisa Espinoza

NASM Certified Personal Trainer | Nutrition Coach | Functional Aging Specialist | Silver Sneakers

Luisa is originally from Chihuahua, Mexico, where she graduated with a degree in physical education and sports science. Throughout life, she has been involved in a variety of sports and recreational activities. Luisa loves helping people improve their health and quality of life through fitness, active living and better nutrition.

Ksenia Caillouet

NASM Certified Personal Trainer | AFAA Certified Group | Fitness Instructor

Ksenia's fitness career began in 2017, she discovered her love of fitness while conquering depression and a serious eating disorder. As a result, she works to provide fun and engaging sessions and strives to support all bodies and abilities in a safe space.

Ksenia is passionate about meeting her clients where they are and helping them find movement that makes them feel capable and motivated. Her areas of special interest include clients recovering from an eating disorder, creating size-inclusive fitness experiences, and working with people in the LGBTQ+ community.

Quenton Walls

ISSA Certified Personal Trainer | ISSA Certified Nutritionist

Quenton always had a passion for fitness. Growing up as an athlete and playing collegiate and semi-pro football taught him the importance of keeping your body in shape with the right exercise and nutrition! Quenton believes that staying consistent with your health leads to great overall well-being. He loves working with all his clients and looks forward to seeing you hit the gym!

Kelsey Brock

NASM Certified Personal Trainer

Kelsey is a Women’s Fitness Specialist with a BS in Health Promotion. She's been teaching group fitness since 2011. She loves providing her clients with accountability and consistency through fun and efficient workouts with lots of encouragement, energy and sparkle!

Leigh McWilliams

ACE Certified Personal Trainer

Leigh has worked as a nurse for over 25 years and has seen firsthand how exercise and lifestyle changes can improve both physical and mental well-being. She recognizes that health looks different for everyone and believes in meeting each client where they are, regardless of age, shape or size.
