When you become a member of the Jones Center, you join a local community of individuals and families who value health and wellness. If you are a frequent visitor, a membership will save you money over time instead of paying a daily fee each time you use the Center. Members receive discounts on select activities and events, and early registration on some of our most popular programs.

Jones Center is a nonprofit organization.  Our membership costs are less than traditional gym memberships because of the support from our generous donors and patrons. Core memberships cost just $10/month for an individual, or $20/month for a family.  Ultimate memberships are $35/month for an individual or $45/month for a family.
When you submit your membership application, there is a nonrefundable $20 admin fee.

There are two tiers of memberships: our Core and Ultimate memberships. A Core membership includes unlimited access to our state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor walking track and gymnasium. An Ultimate membership gives you access to all the Core amenities plus unlimited access to the ice arena, including skate rentals, family friendly pool and Junior Olympic lap pool (during public sessions) – and 60+ fitness classes to choose from a month.

A family includes two adults living in the same household (spouses or domestic partners) and their dependent children.

For children’s safety, those 12 years or younger are not allowed in the fitness center or at fitness classes. Anyone between the ages of 13 and 15 must be supervised by a parent or guardian.

Monthly Payment Option
We want to make this as easy as possible. Paying monthly for membership dues is the most convenient method. Monthly membership fees are processed via credit card automatically on the 3rd day of each month.

Annual Payment Option
Your other option is an annual payment. Membership fees may be paid in full for the whole 12 months by credit card.

Accepted payment methods include American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and Visa. Please note, there may be a $20 fee for all declined payments.

While we hate to see you go, we understand that life happens.

If you're on a monthly plan and wish to cancel, simply stop by the Welcome Desk to complete a cancellation form or email your request to memberships@thejonescenter.org by the 25th of your final month to avoid being charged for the next month. If we don’t receive your cancellation in writing by then, we’ll continue to process your monthly payment as per the membership agreement.

For annual memberships, which are paid in full for the year, please note that they are non-refundable.

We know that sometimes life throws curveballs, and we will consider membership refunds if extenuating circumstances prevent you from using the Jones Center. Please be sure to submit your request promptly, and include any necessary documentation, such as a doctor's note, so we can process your request.

If we’ve made an error in processing your cancellation, we may issue a refund or credit once we’ve received the proper documentation (such as your cancellation form or email).

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time throughout the year by contacting our membership team at memberships@thejonescenter.org.

Yes! The Jones Center has a scholarship program that gives access to people who need financial assistance to afford a membership. You may apply for a scholarship in person at the welcome desk, or online here.

Memberships are non-transferable and meant to be used by those listed on the membership only. Guests are welcome to use the Center by either paying for a daily pass or acquiring their own membership.

Renew Active, Silver Sneakers and Silver & Fit are fitness programs offered through several group insurance and Medicare plans. The programs help adults take greater control of their health by encouraging physical activity and offering social events. Participants are eligible for a Jones Center Ultimate membership at no charge to the member. Contact your health care provider or the Jones Center welcome desk to see if you are eligible.

Yes! We offer a 20% membership discount to seniors (65+), all Springdale Schools employees, all first-responders and members of the military (current and retired).
