Looking for enriching experiences for your kids? We offer a range of classes for all ages, from ballet and biking to swimming and science & tech. Kids classes are designed to promote wellness, learning and fun!
Classes are offered in three sessions. Session dates are:

DANCE CLASSES
Pre-K Ballet
Ages: 3-5 years

Looking to spark your child’s interest in ballet? This class makes learning fun and easy for little ones.
They’ll learn basic techniques with the added benefit of being active and socializing with kids their age.

Introduce your child to tap and jazz dance. Guided by our instructor, they’ll learn beginning tap and
jazz techniques and terminology – so they can build a strong foundation in dance.

GYMNASTICS CLASSES
Toddler & Grown-Up

Time to tumble, jump and roll! This parent-child class is designed to stimulate a toddler’s senses and
teach them basic skills, while creating opportunities for kids and their parents to play and
learn together.
Pre-K
Ages: 3-5 years

Introduce your little one to the fun fundamentals of gymnastics in a safe, supportive environment!
This class focuses on building coordination, balance, strength and flexibility through age appropriate activities
and structured play. Children will explore basic gymnastics skills like rolls, jumps and balance beam walking, all while developing confidence, listening skills and social interaction.
Pre-K Gymnastics is for 3 to 5-year-olds who are ready to participate in class without a parent.
Level 1
Ages: 6-9 years

Level 1 gymnastics teaches kids to develop more advanced coordination while focusing on form, progression and instructional discipline.
Level 2
Ages: 10-12 years or has passed Gymnastics Level 1

This class is designed for gymnasts who have mastered the basics and are ready to build on foundational skills. Athletes will work on refining techniques such as cartwheels, handstands, bridges and rolls, while beginning to learn more advanced skills like round-offs, backbends, and beam walks with turns. Emphasis is placed on strength, flexibility, body awareness and proper form.
BIKING CLASSES
Learn to Ride
Ages: 5-12 years

Ditch the training wheels and learn to ride with us! This curriculum-led class teaches kids the basics of
balance and coordination while on a bike. By the fourth week, they should be riding using the pedals.
Pump Track 101
Ages: 5-12 years
Offered: Session 2 (March 2 – April 17), Session 3 (April 20 - June 1)

Has your child mastered riding a bike but needs some help utilizing our Runway Bike Park?
Pump Track 101 teaches the ins and outs of pump track riding including cornering, riding the line
and pumping. By the end of this class, they’ll be comfortable riding the pump track and all parts
of our world-class bike park!
COMEDY CLASSES
Improv Comedy
Ages: 10-14 years
Offered: Session 3 (April 20 - June 1)

Improv isn’t just for aspiring comedians. This class introduces students to the fundamental concept of
“Yes, and” in improvisation. Through group games and exercises, students will explore impulse,
spontaneity, listening, being present in the moment and other basic building blocks of improv.

LEARN TO SKATE CLASSES
Whether you're looking to skate for recreation, figure skating, or hockey, Learn to Skate classes are for
you! Our certified instructors will guide you through the basics in a safe, supportive environment.
Skaters will learn fundamental skills such as proper falling and recovery, balance, forward and
backward skating, edges, and stopping techniques.
New ice skaters start at Basic 1* and progress to Basic 6 through instruction & skills tests.
Skaters will progress at their own pace; they don’t automatically advance to the next level.
*Students ages 3-5 will start in Snowplow Sam class.

Learn your first jump with us! Work on one-foot spins while improving skating skills, transitions and turns. Must successfully complete Learn to Skate Basic 6 to enroll.
SNOWPLOW SAM HOCKEY + BASIC 1-4 HOCKEY Geared towards up-and-coming hockey skaters.
New hockey skaters start at Basic 1 and progress to Basic 4. Students ages 3-5 will start in Snowplow Sam Hockey class.

ADVANCED SKATING: ASPIRE & ELITE
After successful competition of Pre-Freeskate, transition to advanced figure skating! Skaters in the
Aspire and Elite programs will develop jumps, spins and transitions, while strengthening key muscles
and increasing their power.
Aspire Program
Ages: 6+ years
Offered: Session 1 (Jan. 12 – Feb. 20), Session 2 (March 2 – April 17), Session 3 (April 20 - June 1)
Times: Tuesday 6-7pm
Cost: $128 members/$160 public
Geared towards Aspire 1-4 skaters. Students will work on developing jumps, spins, edges and
transitions. Must successfully complete Pre-Freeskate to enroll.
Elite Program
Ages: 6+ years

Elite classes are for skaters competing at the excel pre-preliminary level or higher. Classes have on- and off-ice and power-class components. Skaters will work on jumps, spins, edges and transitions.
Power Program
Ages: 6+ years

Power Skating is designed to help skaters improve speed, agility, edge control, and overall skating efficiency. Ideal for figure skaters looking to enhance their performance, this class focuses on stride technique, quick starts, powerful stops, crossovers, and transitions. Drills emphasize strength, balance, and explosive movement, all while reinforcing proper skating mechanics. This high-energy class is perfect for advanced skaters who want to take their skating to the next level.
Must be competing at an Aspire 2 level or higher
ADVANCED SKATING: HOCKEY POWER
Hockey Power: Beginner

Before you can score a goal, you need to learn to skate! In Hockey Beginner Power, skaters learn how to be proficient and
agile on the ice. Forward skating, backward skating, transitions, edge usage, stopping and power.
Must successfully complete Learn to Skate Basic 4 (must know your forward crossovers, forward and
backward edges) to enroll. Geared towards U8 players
Hockey Power: Intermediate
Ages: 7+ years

Build the foundation for explosive skating and powerful performance on the ice. This class focuses on developing strength,
speed, balance, and stride efficiency through power skating drills, resistance work, and endurance training.
Players will improve their acceleration, control, and confidence while learning proper techniques for faster, more powerful movement. Designed for U10-U12 Players.
Hockey Power: Advanced
Ages: 7+ years

Take your game to the next level with this high-intensity, on-ice training session focused on speed, strength, and explosive power. Designed for experienced players, U14 and above. This class targets advanced skating mechanics, edge control, acceleration, and power drills. Players will build endurance, refine stride efficiency, and enhance overall performance for faster, stronger gameplay. Full gear and sticks required; no pucks will be used.

Water Babies
Ages: 6-24 months

Water Babies introduces infants to an aquatic environment while helping parents understand the water
and its potential dangers. Parents join their child in the pool, assisting them in becoming acclimated
as the instructor teaches introductory swimming and safety skills.
Water Tots
Ages: 25-48 months
Offered: Session 1 (Jan. 12 – Feb. 20), Session 2 (March 2 – April 17), Session 3 (April 20 - June 1)
Times: Wednesday 11:30am-12pm, Thursday 3:30-4pm & Saturday 9:30-10am

Water Tots is similar to Water Babies and introduces toddlers to an aquatic environment, helping

This introductory class offers students a strong foundation in the traditional Korean martial art of
Youn Wha Ryu. Designed for beginners of all ages, students will learn basic stances, blocks,
strikes and kicks, along with the first fundamental forms (kata). The class emphasizes discipline,
respect, self-confidence and physical fitness in a supportive and structured environment.
No prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn and grow.

Intermediate/Advanced
Ages: 6 years-adult

Lil’ Picklers

Pickleball is a fun and exciting sport for kids! It combines elements of tennis, badminton and
ping pong and helps build self-confidence, coping skills and a healthy sense of competition.
ARTS & CULTURE CLASSES
Pen Pals
Ages: 8-12 years
Offered: Session 2 (March 2 – April 17)

Cost: $60 members/$75 public
Learn to make handwritten art! In this class, students will experiment with different fonts, brushes, and
pens to elevate their handwriting and get creative. All supplies are provided.
Painting Palooza
Ages: 8-12 years
Offered: Session 1 (Jan. 12 – Feb. 20)
Times: Tuesday 5-5:45pm
Cost: $60 members/$75 public
Let's paint! Students will learn a variety of techniques, from brushstrokes to color choices, to
create a painted masterpiece. Kids will get creative (and maybe a little messy) as they gain
confidence in their painting skills. All supplies provided.
What’s the Stitch?
Ages: 8-12 years
Offered: Session 3 (April 20 - June 1)

Cost: $60 members/$75 public
In this class, students will learn a variety of embroidery techniques like the chain stitch, French knot, and backstitch. By the end of the 6 weeks, they will have the skills they need to create beautiful, hand-stitched works of art. All supplies are provided
SCIENCE & TECH CLASSES
Build It!
Ages: 8-12 years

Dream it and build it in this engineering class introducing students to the basics of architecture!
Students will get hands on experience using Legos, popsicle sticks, magnets, and more to build whatever
their minds can dream up.
Robotics Club
Ages: 9-12 years
Offered: Session 2 (March 2 – April 17)
Times: Tuesday 5-5:45pm
Cost: $48 members/$60 public
In this hands-on engineering experience, students will explore the exciting world of block coding, circuitry, and
robotics. They will learn foundational concepts and theories while applying them through engaging,
practical activities. By the end of the class, students will have a deeper understanding of these technologies
and how they work together to power modern innovations.
Nature Club
Ages: 8-12 years
Offered: Session 3 (April 20 - June 1)
Times: Tuesday 4:30-5:15pm

Let's explore the natural world together! In this class, students will experience the joys of nature from birding to hiking to fishing to biking. Please note that some classes will be off-site and require parents to meet our instructors at the off-site locations. All off-site locations will be within a 5-mile radius of the Jones Center. All supplies are provided.
